At our Salon, we thrive on providing each and every client who walks through the doors the best possible service we can offer. That’s why we have some basic policies in place to ensure everyone enjoys their Willow Studio experience. They’re just some general things to keep in mind to make sure your experience with us goes as smoothly as possible.

NEED TO CANCEL?

What You Need to Know

We know that life sometimes gets in the way. That’s why we try to be as flexible as possible when it comes to cancelling/rescheduling appointments. If you can kindly give us more than 48 hours notice before your set appointment, we would very much appreciate it. If under 48 hours notice is given there may be a charge for the appointment, this also applies to missed appointments or "no shows". Cancellations and "no shows" leave gaps in our schedule, which cannot be filled without notice. This notifications period enables us time to schedule another client and, in turn, gives higher availability to book future services for you and others.

RUNNING LATE?

Please Let Us Know

Please be courteous to the staff and other clients at Willow Studio and make sure you arrive on time for each appointment. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment for another time or only be able to do what we have time for. If you see you are running late, the best thing to do is let us know so we can minimize any disruption to our staff and other customers.
